Refund policy

Thanks for booking an adventure with walks.sg! We want your experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because our games are self-guided and powered via WhatsApp, here is how our policy works:

Unstarted Games (100% Refundable)

  • Changed your mind or had plans shift? No problem. If you haven't clicked your WhatsApp game start link yet, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Just drop us an email or message our support team at hello@walks.sg with your order number, and we’ll process it right away.

Started Games

  • Once a game session has been activated on WhatsApp, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Don't worry about bad weather or timing, though! You can pause your game, take cover indoors, or resume your walk whenever it suits you—your game link won't expire mid-adventure. You can even pick up where you left off on another day.
