Do we need to download any special apps?
No! Everything runs directly inside WhatsApp. All you need is a smartphone with active mobile data, battery power, and WhatsApp installed.
How many people can play on one ticket?
Each purchase is for one phone number. There's no limit to the number of people who can be on your team, but for best experience, we recommend splitting into small groups of 1-4.
Do we have to pick a specific start time or date?
Not at all. Your ticket gives you total freedom to play whenever you like. Start whenever suits your schedule—day or night!
Depending on the game, certain locations might have publick opening hours. Typically these are approximately 6am to midnight.
How long does the adventure take?
Most teams complete quests in about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your walking pace, how quickly you crack the puzzles, and if you want to take breaks during (adventuring is thirsty work!).
What if we get stuck on a puzzle?
Don't worry! Our WhatsApp system includes built-in, step-by-step hints for every challenge so you can keep moving forward without getting stranded.
